To reflect the evolving nature of the industry the company rebranded as GRS Utilities in 2010 while continuing to trade under George Ritchie and Son Ltd. This strategic shift marked a period of rapid expansion as the firm diversified into resurfacing grab hire and vacuum excavation to meet the comprehensive needs of its clients.
